Frequently Asked

How will you contact me?
My initial contact will be through email, we can get to know each other a little bit and see if we are a good fit for each other. After this we can utilize the telephone and Zoom video conferencing to for more instant communication. I use  Zoom because it is encrypted and has the best security. It is completely free to use.
What are some of the holistic techniques you use?
I use a variety of techniques, some assessment tests to see where we are at, some hypnosis to get things focused, some positive motivation techniques. I also advocate a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating balanced meals, drinking plenty of water and daily exercise.
What are your prices.

Prices are subjective in that some people may need assessments which will add to the cost, others may need to spend more time coming up with a plan. Some people have more complex issues that take more time to correct.  All in all, expect to pay about 60-80 US dollars per hour for my services.  This is quite reasonable in the coaching world, especially when you consider the convenience of not having to leave your home to receive my help.

Why did you become a life-coach?

I became a life coach because I felt a calling to help people. I know what it’s like to  need someone to talk to, who knows how to help. I have the experience and the training to do good in peoples lives, and that is what motivates me to do this as a career. I can especially help those who have difficulty picking up pieces after life gets them down, or who just realize they need help with getting to where they want to be.

How many coaching sessions does the average person need?

This depends greatly on the individual and the complexity of their problem. some people will need only one or two sessions while others will need as many as 20.  I do not feel there is really an average coaching client, we are all unique.
